Here new file opening dialogue box will appear
You can specify your document size giving the asking measurement of width and height you also can specify your new image resolution (usually called pixels)
If your document for web or onscreen media then you can fix up 72 pixels or if your document for print media you should put more than 172 pixels.
Background color can be taken white for the new years
> Then click on “OK”

Creating first object on your file
Look to the tools palate
You will see the Vertical Bar with some tools (this is very important for the new learners to know the uses of very tools) we will describe it continuously.
At the First tools is Rectangular marquee tool (M) also known as a selection tool
Note: It is usually used for sleeting image area then can be applied color, pattern, special effect etc.
We have selected three areas on a image and applied three basic color (RGB). RGB Stand for Red – Green- Blue
How?
Click once on Rectangular marquee tool (M) > cursor will changed to Plus Sign > Drug it on your image > Press F6 from Key board> color plate will appear> Chose red-green-blue separately for separate shape.
